One of my neighbours has called the animal control officer on two occasions re “excessive barking” which is not defined in the by-law.
I just wish we had something that said “10 minutes uninterrupted or 20 minutes intermittently”; at least then, it could be readily handled.
As it is, one bark after 11:00 pm and before 7:00 am can get you a fine.
