My friend has bred hundreds of teeny chi’s and when they get old, they have no teeth. His were 2# and ate easily for many yrs IAMS tiny chunk kibble. They swallow it whole. Dogs don’t chew anyway. She is in perfect health and his lived to be 11 and 14 yrs old. If I had not watched his 2 pounders thrive like this for yrs, I would have been intimidated, too. I promise, it is fine. She eats very small vegetables off my fork : again, no teeth. Hope this is helpful to alleviate some of your concerns. Miss Sandra <
